Week 7 - Introduction to EOS

This week's focus was an introduction to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which is covered/ in the books, Get a Grip, Traction, and What The Heck Is EOS? Specifically, we covered our 1-Year Vision and then broke it down into Goals/Rocks for the year and developed our Q2 SMART Goals/Rocks. This week's focus was an introduction to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which is covered/ in the books, Get a Grip, Traction, and What The Heck Is EOS? We spent focused time on our 1-Year Vision and then broke it down into Goals/Rocks. Finally, we developed our Q2 SMART Goals/Rocks. We did some live coaching toward the end of the session on topics that included building processes in our business, the timing of new programs, being detached from our business goals, and the challenge of finding easy money in our business.

We did some live coaching toward the end of the session on topics that included having difficult conversations, finding the motivation for things in our business we don’t want to do, and ideas for a successful founding member launch for a membership program.
