Nothing gets me more excited than supporting people to take strategic action to take their work, businesses, and lives to the next level! I know the unique challenges of building momentum and growing and scaling your business. And I’ve learned it’s impossible to do alone.
I earned an MBA and spent over 20 in marketing and business development in the corporate world. But since launching my coaching practice in 2015, I experienced firsthand how entrepreneurs often feel isolated, overwhelmed, and afraid to fail. I also discovered what it takes to stay committed to success. These experiences, along with my work coaching clients in both 1:1 and group settings, inspired me to create the All-In With Winn program, where I combine love coaching and business strategy.

FAQ's
I’ve done other online programs that I didn’t complete. How will this be different? This is NOT an online course where you watch videos and fill out pdf's alone. This is a group coaching program where all the sessions are conducted live for a small group. It's intimate, and each person will get personal attention.
I’m not 100% sure what I want to work on next in my business, does this mean that the program isn’t right for me? With so many possible goals to pursue, this situation is pretty typical. We'll spend time in the kick-off workshop to help you get clear on your vision for your business and what goals you want to go after during the program.
How much does the program cost? I'm committed to making my work inclusive, accessible and affordable. I also offer a monthly payment plan so you pay as you go. Schedule a time to talk to me to learn more about the program, the investment, and whether it’s a good fit for you.
What if I can’t make a group coaching session? Invariably there will be a session or sessions that you'll need to miss. All sessions will be recorded in case you have to miss them.
What if I need to drop out of the program? If, for any reason during the program you want to drop out, you can let me know and you won't be billed for any additional months.
I’m in a corporate job, can I join this program? This program was created to address the unique needs of creative entrepreneurs and coaches who are all-in. If you have a serious side hustle with an eye toward leaving the corporate world, this program may still be a fit. If not and you’re interested in 1:1 coaching Schedule a fit call call to see if coaching is right for you.
How much time will this take? Like any program, the more you put in the more you’ll get out. This isn’t a class with homework assignments (though you will get strategies, tactics and challenges you may want to apply in your business). After the kick off, our weekly calls are 90 Minutes. Anything else you choose to do coming out of the calls is optional.
